Pricing & Payment
How is wholesale crystal pricing structured?
Our pricing is tiered by quantity — the more you order, the lower your unit cost. All pricing is displayed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Are there any hidden fees or customs charges for Canadian orders?
No. We ship to Canada under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance fees are fully covered. You only pay for the products, nothing more.
What is the VIP loyalty program?
The more you spend over time, the higher your VIP tier and the greater your exclusive discounts. VIP status is automatically calculated based on your cumulative spending — no application required.
Shipping & Delivery to Canada
How long does shipping to Canada take?
Orders are prepared in 2–4 business days and delivered to Canada in 10–14 business days via international express courier.
Do you offer free shipping to Canada?
Yes — free shipping on Canadian orders over $270.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
No. All Canadian orders ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle all customs clearance and cover all import duties and taxes. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 4 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Order Issues
What is your return policy?
All wholesale purchases are considered final. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if I receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or apply a credit to your account at no additional shipping cost to you.
How do I submit a complaint?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Are your crystals 100% natural?
Yes. All our crystals and minerals are 100% natural and ethically sourced, with the exception of man-made products such as Opalite, which are clearly labeled.
Where are your wholesale crystals sourced from?
We source from premier mining locations worldwide — including Brazil, Madagascar, South Africa, Russia, Afghanistan, and more. Our primary trading hub is Donghai, China, the world’s largest crystal market.
Do you carry crystal stands, jewelry, and accessories?
Yes. In addition to raw and tumbled stones, we carry crystal stands, display accessories, carved pieces, and crystal jewelry.
